Where Rehabilitation Ends and Performance Begins
Sheri Woroschuk Shelton is a Specialized PT who works with high performing athletes and active individuals who have outgrown traditional rehab but still aren't performing at their potential, or can't quite get pain resolved or function restored to their available capacity. Her specialty is human movement and her work focuses on the critical transition between rehabilitation and performance - identifying neurological and biomechanical limitations that traditional PT and strength training may miss. By combining applied neuroscience, biomechanics, and neuromuscular optimization specific to each individual, she helps athletes move, perform, and recover at their highest level.
Not an athlete? We've got you covered. All the same assessments and techniques will help you move better and reduce pain and reach your own performance goals - whatever they may be.
